Traditional-method sparkling and Gamay are the calling cards here, backed by one of the best on-site bakeries in Niagara (the butter tarts have a following of their own). Sculpture is scattered through the grounds and a gallery sits beside the tasting room. A stop that pleases both the bubbles person and the pastry person in the car.
