Cave Spring's newer tasting room sits right in the historic Cave Spring Vineyard on the Beamsville Bench, so you taste the CSV Riesling within sight of the vines it comes from. Quieter than the Jordan Village room and with a proper escarpment view from the terrace. The place to go if you want the winery, not the village.
