The former Chocolate FX factory, now on River Road in Niagara Falls with viewing windows on the panning line, complimentary tastings of chocolates, fudge and taffy, and a maple-syrup display. It is squarely family-friendly and a little touristy, but the panned chocolates and truffles are made on site and the stop takes under an hour.
