Niagara's flagship craft distillery, known for its Unfiltered Gin 22, a rye whisky made from local grain, and a rack of house bitters found on bar carts across Canada. The tasting room and cocktail bar look straight into the copper stills, and the daily tour is genuinely educational. It sits just off the QEW so it slots in easily at the start or end of a Bench day.
