A hexagonal glass tasting pavilion on the Twenty Mile Bench with a green-roof patio that looks straight down over the vines to Lake Ontario. The house style is cool-climate and screwcapped: Nadja's Vineyard Riesling, the Gravity Pinot Noir and a serious traditional-method sparkling. Come for the view and the gravity-flow tour, stay for a cheese board on the roof.
