The Speck brothers' Short Hills Bench estate is the home of Baco Noir in Canada, and the Speck Family Reserve version converts sceptics of the hybrid grape. The tasting room sits in an 1842 stone building with the Coach House Café and a garden patio beside it. Cuvée Catharine sparkling and the Riesling icewine round out a very complete tasting.
