One of Ontario's most respected estates, farming three organic vineyards on the Beamsville Bench and bottling only what it grows. The Felseck and Rosomel single-vineyard Chardonnays and the Terroir Caché red are the serious wines; the Nuit Blanche white blend is the sleeper. The tasting room is understated and the pours are generous with information.
