The big red barn on Niagara Stone Road is the region's farmhouse-ale specialist, brewing Belgian-leaning saisons and wild-fermented, barrel-aged beers alongside the flagship Barnraiser Country Ale. The upstairs taproom and the gravel patio have a relaxed, hay-loft feel, and there are food trucks or a kitchen menu most days.
