Tawse's sister property on the Lincoln Lakeshore, farmed organically and biodynamically and focused on riper reds: Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot from the warm, stony Redstone vineyard. The restaurant does wood-fired pizza and a proper seasonal menu, with a patio facing the vines. A good place to pair lunch with a tasting.
