A six-level gravity-flow winery farmed organically and biodynamically, repeatedly named Canada's winery of the year. The Quarry Road and Robyn's Block Chardonnays and the estate Pinot Noirs are as close to Burgundy as Ontario gets, and the house gin and vermouth are a bonus. The summer wine garden on the slope above Cherry Avenue is a lovely place to sit.
