A polished, purpose-built distillery and winery on Niagara Stone Road, with a whisky bar, a big outdoor patio and, in winter, a skating rink out front. The whiskies are finished in wine casks from the estate, and the Red Cask is the one to try alongside the cream liqueur. It leans corporate but the whisky tasting is well run and it is a rare chance to compare grain and grape under one roof.
